After 2020, it became obvious that people in the modern workforce were having a hard time. The distance and divisions were making it difficult for companies to succeed. There was a real need to build stronger professional relationships in a distributed workforce—and to do it at scale.

Luckily, Van Jones—with his decade-long track record of building bridges, and Tadzio Smith—with two successful and highly human AI-driven tech startups under his belt, chose that time to come together.

Van and Tadzio founded Rapport with one goal: instead of using tech to divide and distract they would use tech to bring people together.
