When every person has something in their corner, teams get stronger, and culture stops being a poster on the wall. Rapport is what happens between people who know each other. We named the company after the outcome.

Our Chief Scientist, Dr. Peter T. Coleman, leads the Difficult Conversations Lab at Columbia University, where researchers study what actually happens when people disagree, give hard feedback, and navigate conflict. That research is woven into Rapport's coaching, so the moments most likely to break a team become the moments that build it.
